1. Data Minimization & Zero Account Wall

MediSetu operates without user registration, passwords, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. You do not need to submit your name, phone number, email address, or government identifier to read lab reference values or use any wellness tool.

2. How Lab & Prescription Text Is Processed

• When you click Analyze Report, the text entered in the form is sent over HTTPS to POST /api/analyze solely to match reference ranges and dosing abbreviations in memory.
• MediSetu does not write submitted prescription text or lab numbers to any persistent database, log file, or external third-party service.
• Avoid entering full patient addresses or hospital registration numbers when pasting report excerpts.

3. Local Browser Storage & Speech Synthesis

• Daily dose and hydration reminders added in the Dose Checklist tab are stored strictly inside your own browser under the local key medisetu_pulse_meds.
• Audio read-aloud uses your browser's built-in window.speechSynthesis engine locally on your device.

4. Campus Notice Board Entries

Notices submitted to POST /api/community are visible to other visitors during active server sessions and are sanitized to strip HTML tags. Do not post private personal phone numbers or confidential medical information on public notices.
